Premier Leadership & Management also provides strategic oversight and management for the athletic journeys of their 3 sons, Jaylen, KJ and Cameron McClain from youth sports through high school and Division I collegiate football.

This work includes:

This is not traditional athlete representation, it is intentional family-driven sports management, grounded in education, structure, and long-term vision. Premier Leadership & Management understands the realities parents face because it is lived daily.
